• We ship to PO Boxes and overseas locations via USPS.
• Important: Please ensure your address includes Apartment, Suite, Unit, or Building numbers to avoid delivery failures.

Order Processing

• Express orders placed before 11:00 AM EST are shipped the same day.
• Shipping operates Monday through Friday. No weekend shipping.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Returns & Refused Packages

• If a package is returned due to failed delivery or refusal, refunds are issued within 5 business days of warehouse receipt.
• Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange

We provide 15 Days (from delivery date) hassle-free exchange guarantee. Just let us know which style/size you would exchange to. The exchange will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving the return. Return shipping is not covered. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the item, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the item to request a return. Therefore, we encourage you to inspect and try all items as soon as they are delivered.

**Important note:  Customized items and custom tailored Dress are non-returnable and non-refundable.

**Important note: Multiple orders combined into one package are not accepted for return. When an order is returned, a returned logistics tracking number is required for filing.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or refunds.

Your Dress must be returned in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it arrived.  

Once solovedress.com receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you via email that it is in our possession.  solovedress.com reserves the right to determine the returned product’s condition.  We will contact you as soon as a determination has been made regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund has been approved, we will process the request and issue a full refund within 7 working days.
